The Cyprus Rec-Ball League (CRL) phase 1 was held at
PAINTBALL-Z

The CRL is the official Paintball league contrary to what many may say.
The league was originally constituted by 5 fields but then for financial reasons it shrank down to 2 fields.

The second phase of the CRL will hopefully be constituted by more fields and will be held at DNA PAINTBALL PARK

The first phase of the CRL was very successful even though only 6 teams took part.

The CRL is an open league.

That means that anybody can join disregarding the teams or players level.
This forces players to step up their game creating better athletes.

One of the teams of the field that is hosting the event is left out of play to ref for the day.

The CRL committee is trying to attract more new players in the sport of paintball by keeping it simple and cheap, by giving cash prices and team sponsorships, by announcing new events continually to keep old players interested, and by training new players for free.

We believe that by doing all this we help the sport of paintball to grow in Cyprus where people seem to be idle or afraid to try…
